Meet Dr. Rob Williams

YOUR CERTIFIED BREATH DOCTOR

Breath trained in myriad modalities - Peak Flow, the Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage, the Wim Hof Method, Deep End Fitness, and Sonic Anatomy - Dr. Rob coaches Team Human in the power of conscious, strategic breathing.

 

He serves as Head of Education for Nordic Wellness, and in 2020, co-created Peak Flow’s 24/7 breath training ecosystem, coaching everyone from elite Olympic athletic teams to 95 year-old grandmothers with asthma.

 

A lover of Nature, he is passionate about cold water, hot saunas, high mountains, deep oceans, fine food, and good spirits. “As we Breathe,” he explains, “so we Become.”
